Welcome to Unia Zathe

In the beautiful terp village of Ee (Ie), near Dokkum and the Wadden Sea, you'll find our place (farm) from 1815 called Unia Zathe. Since 2026, we have taken over Unia Zathe from the previous owners Cor & Ron who created the accommodations on the farm. We will continue this place at this beautiful location. We have two lovely B&B rooms, an apartment and a cottage where you can really feel like you're on a farm.

Our B&B rooms, named Greide (Meadow) and Miede (Hayfield), are suitable for two people and are located upstairs in the hay barn under the old beams. On the ground floor, you'll find our spacious apartment, Hea-Opslach (Hayloft), which can accommodate 2 to 6 people. A fun detail is the large bedstead with four sleeping places. The Hea-opslag is wheelchair accessible. Our cottage, It Foarhûs (Front House), is a vacation home for 4 to 6 people. In the living room, you'll find a bedstead for two people. Upstairs, there's another double bedroom and on the mezzanine, there are 2 extra single beds.

For families or groups of friends, we can combine our accommodations, creating a unique 10-person (De Skuorre) or 16-person (De Pleats) family accommodation. Perfect for a successful get-together in a unique location with an equally unique setting.
